Gay gagged bondage Bound & Gagged was a gay bondage and discipline magazine published in New York City by Outbound Press. It ran from 1987 to 2005 and was founded by Bob Wingate. It grew out of the New York Bondage Club (also founded by Bob Wingate in 1984), and the first few issues include writings about the actual experiences of the club members.
