The main characters are absolutely adorable and they actually communicate very effectively.

Best friends to lovers with a fun 'let's give dating a trial run' schtick for good measure.
Besides some dubcon (which is standard in yaoi anyways unfortunately) this manga's unique Mediterranean-esque setting and gorgeous art style set it apart from others and make it one of the more memorable manga I've come across.

The couple was amazing but my favorite character was the grandfather. I really. Both the MC and ML have things in their past they're working with, while also navigating the world's expectations around their dynamic. I love to top character. Beautiful, crisp, and sooooooo passionate.
The writing? Hope to see either more of these characters or more from this particular writer.
