I went there for their "Sunday Service" drag show at 4pm on a Sunday. The décor is decadent, with dim lighting and plush furnishings, creating an intimate and exclusive atmosphere.

Their cocktails are works of art, each with a unique twist that will surprise and delight you.

Alf Bagheera SparkyLovely place on the fringe of the Village. Plenty others he was letting them in through the exit ! Some themed nights so you may find something that you are specifically looking for and I love the huge cross section of clientele, you’re bound to be impressed (sometimes literally bound ha ha).

Probably the best in Manchester's Gay Village.

James Galbraith14th October 19:30 got kicked out for "having a woman with us". You should bring your money elsewhere. It's a friendly place, where it's easy to fall into conversaton with new people, and the overall atmosphere is fun and flirty. It’s not just a bar; it’s a community where everyone’s welcome to join the party.

Pro tip:
Keep an eye on their event calendar.

Bit disappointed.. After finishing our first beers, we decided to leave our jackets in our nearby hotel room so we dont have to hold them all night. Also lots of events and a darkroom to explore too.

James AdenijiLocal to Manchester so been many times with friends and visitors to the city. It's surrounded by other lively bars and clubs, and brings a warm sense of luxury to this LGBTQ party hub.

This place has a certain charm that’s hard to find anywhere else. Judgemental. Its people like you that are the illness rotting Canal Street. Bar service very nice. Plus, the staff are top-notch, always ready with a recommendation or a quick joke.

Pro tip:
Check out their cocktail menu – it’s a mix of classics and some unique creations.

Whether you’re after a laid-back evening or a night of dancing till your feet hurt, The Brewers has got you covered.

If you’re there on a quiz night, join in!

Eagle Bar Manchester

Jamie morrisIn a twist of unadulterated topsy-turvy world view, there was a woman allowed into Eagle dark area because the door staff acknowledged she identified as a man - the good news for most men is, that cured my ardour and I won’t go back…
Ryan ConwayI live in Brighton and visited this bar for the first time last weekend during Manchester Leather Weekend, but unfortunately my experience was extremely upsetting.

It's a place to be seen and have a good time with live DJs and drag shows. dozens of gay bars and clubs offer entertainment and themed nights throughout the week, making Canal Street THE hub for gay nightlife in Manchester.
