The spa experience will include (but not limited to) a scented shower, body treatments such as salt scrubs, paraffin, foot bath, hot tub, Red Light Therapy, vibrational sound therapy, an optional semi-psychedelic flashing light immersive experience and your choice of sensual bodywork or massage options. What does that mean?

It means all of the above are expected from you too.

Filling out the online questionnaire prior to your session provides me the opportunity to understand your unique needs prior to coming in and to customize your session.

These are all VERY different modalities and although they can be combined it is important that your massage therapist understand their differences, knowing when to apply techniques to help with your specific needs, promote circulation, reduce aches and pains, and to aid in your general recovery and injury prevention.
